5 Briefly turn on the switches on the DCEPS and verify that the
LED at the top of each DCEPS lights up.
a. If the LEDs light up, turn the power off again.
b. If the LEDs do not light up, refer to Chapter 16,
“Troubleshooting startup problems.” and Appendix C,
“Enhanced MMP40 (or MMP40) troubleshooting flowcharts.”
